We're looking for a motivated Shift Manager to help lead daily operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities
- Lead daily shift operations and support a positive team environment.
- Train, and motivate team members.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
- Oversee food preparation, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and restock supplies.
- Operate POS systems and handle cash accurately.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of leadership experience in a quick-service restaurant or culinary environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with food safety, cash handling, and customer service.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as well.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
