Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Warehouse/Pick/Packers to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, selecting and packing orders, and ensuring accurate shipment processing. The ideal candidate will possess experience with warehouse management systems. - Accurately pick items using RF scanners and order picker equipment to fulfill customer orders
- Pack products securely, ensuring quality control standards are met
- Prepare shipments for dispatch by labeling, packaging, and verifying order accuracy
- Assist with inventory stocking, cycle counts, and warehouse organization
- Support shipping & receiving processes by managing documentation and tracking shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve processes
- Experience
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, distribution centers, or logistics environments preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Knowledge of order picking, packing, shipping & receiving procedures, a plus
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently over extended periods
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and safety compliance
