We sell through live shopping platforms to customers across the United States and are building one of the fastest-growing luxury live commerce teams in New York.
We are looking for experienced Jewelry Sales Professionals who are passionate about luxury products and customer service. Live streaming experience is NOT required. If you have experience selling diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, fine jewelry, engagement rings, bridal jewelry, luxury watches, or luxury retail products, we will provide professional live-selling training.
Position Summary
As a Lab Diamond Sales Host, you will educate customers, build trust, and present premium jewelry during live shopping events. Your sales expertise and product knowledge will help customers confidently purchase high-value jewelry while creating an engaging luxury shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell Lab-Grown Diamonds, Fine Jewelry, Moissanite, Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands, Tennis Necklaces, Tennis Bracelets, Earrings, Pendants, and Luxury Jewelry during live shopping events.
- Explain the 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat), diamond grading, craftsmanship, precious metals, and jewelry quality.
- Build customer trust through professional product presentations and exceptional customer service.
- Recommend jewelry based on customers' needs, style, and budget.
- Drive sales while maintaining a luxury shopping experience.
- Learn professional live selling techniques through company training.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
QualificationsRequired
- At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:
- Jewelry Sales
- Fine Jewelry Sales
- Diamond Sales
- Lab-Grown Diamond Sales
- Bridal Jewelry
- Engagement Rings
- Luxury Jewelry
- Luxury Retail
- Luxury Watches
- High-End Retail
- Jewelry Consultant
- Diamond Consultant
- Sales Associate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales ability with confidence speaking to customers.
- Passion for luxury products and customer experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
