Our café is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Barista to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, and specialty drinks
- Operate and maintain a Rancilio Classe 5 2-Group Espresso Machine
- Provide exceptional customer service in a welcoming café environment
- Take customer orders and operate the POS system
- Assist with food service, stocking, and maintaining a clean workspace
- Cross-train in counter service and other café operations as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience required
- Experience operating a COMMERCIAL, 2-Group Espresso Machine
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently in a small workstation for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn all aspects of café operations through cross-training
