We're looking for a dependable, motivated, and positive individual to help lead our team as a Shift Leader. In this role, you'll support daily store operations, provide excellent customer service, and help create a positive, fast-paced work environment. As a Shift Leader, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding food, exceptional guest experiences, and strong team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and excellent guest service.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members while promoting a positive team culture.
- Assist with all in-store positions, including pizza preparation, oven management, order assembly, quality checks, cashier duties, and customer service.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.
- Monitor product quality and ensure every order meets Marco's Pizza standards.
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and shift preparation.
- Help coordinate delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate orders.
- Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues when they arise.
- Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operational goals and team performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
