Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP – CCC)
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide direct speech-language therapy to students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and school initiatives
- Monitor and document student progress toward goals
