Front Desk + Assistant Patient Care Coordinator
PURE Cosmetic Center — Commonwealth Avenue, Back Bay, Boston
Create Exceptional Experiences. Build Relationships. Help Patients Move Forward.
At PURE Cosmetic Center, we believe luxury is found in the details.
From a patient’s first phone call to the moment they walk through our doors—and throughout their surgical or aesthetic journey—every interaction should feel warm, effortless, polished, and deeply personal.
We are seeking an exceptional Patient Experience & Sales Coordinator for our brand-new, fully renovated office on prestigious Commonwealth Avenue in Boston’s Back Bay.
This is a unique hybrid position combining:
- Front desk and patient-experience responsibilities
- New-patient inquiry and lead management
- Consultative sales and financial conversations
- Assistant and backup Patient Care Coordinator responsibilities
This is not a traditional receptionist position.
Your primary home base will be the front desk, where you will serve as the face of our Boston office and ensure that every patient receives an elevated, seamless experience. You will also assist our Patient Care Coordinator by responding to inquiries, qualifying prospective patients, presenting quotes and financing options, following up with leads, and helping patients take the next step toward booking surgery or aesthetic treatment.
The ideal candidate is polished, sophisticated, highly organized, and commercially minded. You genuinely enjoy caring for people, build rapport naturally, and can confidently discuss significant financial investments without sounding transactional or high-pressure.
If you have experience in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, luxury hospitality, concierge services, high-end retail, cosmetic dentistry, membership sales, or another premium service environment, we would love to meet you.
