BCBA/LBA - School Based Behavior Consultant
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and clinically skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) to support students, staff, and school teams through the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavioral interventions and support strategies.
The BCBA/LBA will conduct observations, collaborate with educational teams, and help ensure interventions align with each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) and evidence-based behavioral practices.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA and/or LBA certification (required)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional and ethical standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Experience developing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- School-based consultation experience preferred
- Experience supporting special education teams and related service providers
Responsibilities
- Provide consultation to special education teams, administrators, teachers, and related service providers
- Conduct student observations to support intervention planning and behavioral recommendations
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills-based assessments as appropriate
- Develop, refine, and provide input regarding behavioral goals and interventions
- Analyze behavioral data and provide data-driven recommendations
- Provide professional development and behavioral support to school staff
- Attend CSE meetings as needed to provide behavioral insight and recommendations
- Prepare written reports and documentation to support individualized consulting services

Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
