Position Overview
Club Xcite is hiring after-school Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support students in a structured summer program that combines behavioral support, social skill development, and academic engagement.
This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking consistent full-time summer employment, with the option to transition into a part-time after-school schedule during the academic year (typically 15–18 hours per week).
In this role, you will work directly with students who benefit from behavior intervention, emotional regulation support, and structured daily routines in a full-day program setting.
Most assignments are 1:1 student support, with opportunities for small-group facilitation and classroom collaboration. Behavioral support remains the primary focus, while academic and enrichment activities are integrated throughout the day.
