Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: $53–$55 per hour
Patient: Pediatric (DOB: 6/4/2025)
Skilled Nursing Responsibilities
This position requires an RN who is comfortable providing skilled pediatric nursing care, including:
- Tracheostomy care
- Mechanical ventilator management
- Feeding tube (G-tube) care
- Respiratory assessments
- Medication administration
- Ongoing patient assessments
- Accurate electronic documentation
- Communication with the patient's family and HC Roots Clinical Team
- Following the physician's plan of care while delivering compassionate one-on-one nursing

Qualifications
- Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care preferred
- Pediatric home health experience is a plus
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and family-centered approach to care
