Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and motivated Team Member to join our team. In this role, you'll provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and work with fellow team members to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer questions.
- Operate the register and process transactions accurately.
- Prepare products and complete assigned tasks according to company standards.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily goals and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Assist with opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 pounds, as needed.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
