Starting Pay: $25.61/hr + Shift Premium
Sign on bonus $3,500 - Half is paid out upon hire, and the second half is paid out after 6 months of employment.

3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- We're hiring experienced machine operators for a growing manufacturing team in Madison. This is a hands-on role working with metal fabrication equipment to produce precision parts used in a high-volume production environment.
If you enjoy working with machinery, reading blueprints, and making quality parts, this is a solid opportunity with long-term stability and room to grow your skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Set up and operate fabrication equipment used to form and process metal parts
- Load and unload materials while maintaining quality and production standards
- Select and adjust machine programs as needed
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and visual quality checks
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support team training and continuous improvement efforts when needed
What You Need to Be Considered
Must-Haves:
- Previous machine operating or metal fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production drawings
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, or gauges
- Basic computer skills for machine operation and production tracking
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
Preferred:
- Experience with CNC-controlled fabrication equipment, press brakes, lasers, stamping presses, welders, or similar machinery
- Experience making machine adjustments and working from production specifications
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 40 lbs regularly
- Stand for most of the shift
- Perform frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and twisting
- Ability to visually inspect parts for defects and quality issues
