Experienced Hydraulic Repair Technician
Ace Machine Memphis, LLC is seeking an experienced Hydraulic Repair Technician to join our expanding operation. We specialize in hhydraulic and pneumatic component repair, precision machining, and custom fabrication, providing our technicians with a variety of challenging and rewarding work—not repetitive production.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic component failures and determine the appropriate repair.
- Perform diagnostic testing, including checking pressures, leaks, noise, and vibration.
- Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, valves, and other fluid power components.
- Use precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers, to inspect components and determine correct replacement parts and seals.
- Operate hand and power tools to rebuild and refurbish hydraulic and pneumatic components.
- Test completed repairs to ensure proper operation and leak-free performance before returning equipment to service.
- Read and interpret work instructions and repair documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hydraulic repair or related mechanical experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using precision measuring equipment.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience reading hydraulic schematics is preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
