As a Back of House Team Member, you’ll be part of a close team that creates the best Hot Chicken in the commonwealth of Kentucky. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure guest satisfaction.

Communicate effectively with both Front and Back of House teams.

Uphold food safety standards.

Complete daily opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.
Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and communication.

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of food safety guidelines is a plus
Physical Demands:

Stand, bend, and move throughout shifts.
-
Lift and carry up to 40 lbs; work in noisy and occasionally hot environments.

Safely handle cleaning chemicals.
