This position is in a small RCF setting and will manage the operations of the facility. This includes managing staff members, managing and administering medication, cooking, cleaning, documenting, coordinating care amongst residents, Physicians, and other involved parties, and delegating responsibilities among other staff members. Qualified candidates will be flexible and eager to work, have reliable transportation, possess excellent communication skills, be well written, and have patience with people of all types. Occasional overtime may be necessary. Position requires Level One Medication Aide or CMT licensure’s and CPR/First Aid Certification. Pay is stated but negotiable and TBD.
