We are seeking a friendly and energetic Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in restaurant settings, including serving, hosting, bartending, and operating POS systems, is highly valued.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests warmly, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Take and accurately relay orders using POS systems to ensure efficient service
- Assist servers and hostesses as needed to maintain smooth operations
- Prepare and serve drinks as a bartender in a timely manner while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Support team members during busy periods to uphold high service standards
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant environment is preferred, including roles such as server or hostess
- Experience with POS systems for order processing and payment handling is advantageous
- Bartending experience, particularly in making drinks in a fast-paced setting, is desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism and friendliness

Pay: $10.00 - $45.00 per hour
