Alchemy Health & Wellness is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Medical Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing outstanding patient service while helping build our brand through social media.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries.
- Verify insurance information and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist the provider with basic clinical duties, including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and preparing exam rooms.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office.
- Manage appointment reminders, follow-up calls, and patient communications.
- Create and post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Capture photos and videos (with patient consent) to promote our services and educate our audience.
- Assist with general administrative duties and support daily office operations.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
