We are seeking a dependable and motivated Full Time Line Cook to support our kitchen team and help deliver consistent, high-quality food to our guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of teamwork in a professional kitchen.
The Line Cook will prepare food according to the chef’s specifications, assist with daily kitchen operations, and help ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment. A positive attitude and willingness to adapt are essential to success in this role.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
- Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
- Cook menu items using various methods such as grilling, frying, and sautéing according to recipes and standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and workstations
- Properly handle, store, and label food in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces and equipment at the end of each shift
- Assist the chef and kitchen leadership with daily tasks as needed
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends (required), and holidays
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
