Job Summary:
Provide food and beverage service to members and guests while dining in Milner’s and using pool.
Schedule will be discussed upon interview
Pay Rate: $13-$16/hour
Key Responsibilities:

Greets all guests upon arrival to Milner’s making sure that tables are clean and available as they become vacant.

Sets up beverage area with tea, various waters, and garnishments to accompany beverages.

Maintains cleanliness and organization of Milner’s including all equipment and storage facilities.

Assembles food on tray to be served to guest in a prompt manner.

Continuous maintenance of table ensuring soiled dishes do not need to be removed and to ensure guests order has met expectations.

Stock, clean, and service Milner’s before and after busy period of dining service.

Advises manager of any complaints as soon as they occur

Before closing of Milner’s properly store garnishes and condiments of self-serve areas.

Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by the Manager.

Any other duties and projects as assigned by the Manager
