Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming trees, planting flowers, and caring for gardens.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery including excavators for construction or landscaping projects.
- Maintain outdoor areas by performing lawn care, snow plowing during winter months, and irrigation system checks.
- Assist with hardscape projects like paving walkways or installing retaining walls to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests to ensure minimal disruption and uphold safety standards across the property.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems.
- Experience with landscaping, gardening, and horticulture practices.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and operating equipment such as excavators.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, snow plowing techniques, and pressure washing
- Familiarity with construction practices related to hardscape installation and general building maintenance.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
