We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to lead and oversee complex fire sprinkler installation projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of fire suppression system projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and technical specifications will drive project success while maintaining high-quality standards. Duties
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of fire sprinkler installation projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop detailed project plans, including construction schedules and technical schematics.
- Manage multiple project teams on-site, overseeing daily operations, safety protocols, and quality control measures to ensure compliance with construction regulations.
- Review construction plans and schematics thoroughly; interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide installation processes accurately.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment while managing project costs through effective budget oversight and cost management strategies.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with regulatory standards and safety protocols; conduct regular site inspections for hazard mitigation.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, milestones achieved, risks identified, and corrective actions taken; communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects within the fire protection or related sectors.
- Extensive understanding of construction estimating, cost management, contracts, and regulatory compliance specific to fire sprinkler systems.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and managing construction plans for large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining safety standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously; strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Construction site experience with a focus on managing teams in a construction management role; knowledge of civil 3D or similar civil engineering software is a plus.
- Knowledge of construction regulations governing fire protection systems; experience in managing budgets and project schedules for heavy infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Cal-Fire AES License preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Occasional work outside of standard business hours to meet project deadlines ana/or respond to emergencies.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
