About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cultivation Technician (entry level) to join our cannabis cultivation team in South Chicago Heights, IL. This position supports daily plant care and cultivation operations in a regulated, fast-paced indoor cultivation facility. No cannabis experience needed. We hire attitude first, skills second.
Key Responsibilities
- Tend plants, clean rooms, haul bins, harvest trim
- Follow instructions from cultivation leads
- Keep the facility spotless and compliant
- Perform repetitive work with accuracy and urgency

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Illinois Cannabis Agent Badge
Schedule
- Full Time Monday-Friday
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
