Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Pool Service Supervisor & Mechanic to lead our pool maintenance and repair operations. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily pool service operations, ensuring timely completion of maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Lead, train, and support a team of pool service technicians to uphold quality standards and safety protocols
- Perform routine pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, cleaning filters, and inspecting equipment
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, valves, and timers using hand tools and power tools
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies necessary for repairs and ongoing maintenance tasks
- Conduct thorough inspections of pools to identify mechanical issues or potential hazards before they escalate
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, and equipment status for accountability and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience as a pool service technician or mechanic with strong mechanical knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to repair and troubleshoot pool equipment using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures including chemical balancing, cleaning techniques, and system inspections
- Familiarity with various pool systems, pumps, filters, heaters, and related mechanical components
- Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising or training a team of technicians
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, inventory, and detailed service documentation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
