Production/Assembly - Jamestown, PA
PAY: $16/Hour, Depending on experience
SCHEDULE:
- Monday- Thursday: 5AM - 3PM
- Friday: 5AM - 1PM
SUMMARY: This position involves hands-on assembly, inspection, and handling of components used in our high-quality product lines. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Handle, position, and secure components during various stages of production.
- Conduct basic visual inspections to ensure accuracy and product integrity.
- Operate small tools or equipment as required for the assigned workstation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
- Follow all safety protocols, work instructions, and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Comfortable working with small or detailed components.
- Ability to stay focused and productive in a high-volume environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to sit or remain in a stationary position for extended periods, depending on the task.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, electronics, packaging, or similar production environments.
- Background in fine-detail work such as crafting, small-part assembly, or precision tasks.
- Familiarity with quality checks or basic inspection processes.
