Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Schedule: | 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Salary: $21.50 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and supervise a team in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for ensuring productivity, safety, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency while maintaining a positive and accountable team culture.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead large warehouse teams to meet daily operational goals

Oversee inventory management, accuracy, and control processes

Coordinate workflow, staffing, and productivity for assigned shifts

Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

Train, coach, and develop team members, including performance management

Monitor and address operational issues proactively

Collaborate with management on continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
-
Minimum 3 years of proven supervisory experience managing large teams

Strong background in a warehouse or distribution environment

Demonstrated experience with inventory management and control

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work Monday through Friday, 4:30 PM–1:00 AM
Preferred Qualifications

Lift driver/forklift certification or experience (strong plus)

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to work extended shifts and be on your feet for long periods

Ability to operate or oversee material-handling equipment

Must be able to work in a warehouse environment
