About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to nursing staff
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional care to residents, promoting independence, dignity, and respect
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help with vital sign monitoring and reporting, as well as maintaining accurate records
Participate in unexpected situations, such as Code Browns or emergency situations
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including restocking supplies and restocking linens
