What You’ll Do - Keep Things Running
- Respond to maintenance requests using our digital system
- Perform repairs including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and more
- Complete preventative maintenance and maintain accurate digital records
- Repair or replace parts like wiring, belts, and fixtures
Maintain a Great Environment
- Ensure public areas, storage spaces, and parking lots are clean and well-kept
- Handle trash removal and general outdoor upkeep
Support Guest Amenities
- Maintain pool and fitness areas
- Complete required testing and documentation per regulations
Be a Team Player
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests
- Support other departments (moving furniture, receiving supplies, etc.)
- Build positive relationships with guests, coworkers, and vendors
✅ Stay Professional & Compliant
- Follow all safety, health, and company policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Perform additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in maintenance trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable communicating in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to learn and grow technical skills
Schedule & Expectations
- Flexible schedule based on hotel needs
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Regular attendance and reliability are essential
