Crestwood Management is seeking a highly organized and production-focused Creative Production Designer to support the creative execution needs of Sunset Intimates/Novelties, Mobile Ads2Go, RSH Distribution, and other affiliated brands.
This is a hands-on production role responsible for taking creative concepts through final production. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, understands print and manufacturing workflows, and can produce accurate, vendor-ready artwork with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who can move projects forward efficiently while maintaining quality, organization, and brand consistency.
Essential Responsibilities
- Create, revise, and prepare production-ready artwork for packaging, apparel, retail signage, product displays, and marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain packaging dielines and print-ready production files.
- Prepare apparel graphics, screen-print artwork, and gang sheets for production.
- Produce product detail page (PDP) assets and digital marketing graphics.
- Prepare vendor-ready files for printers, manufacturers, decorators, and production partners.
- Manage artwork revisions, version control, and file organization.
- Ensure artwork meets production specifications, color standards, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to move projects from concept through final production.
- Maintain organized creative assets and editable source files in accordance with company standards.
- Support multiple brands while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience creating vector artwork and production-ready files.
- Strong understanding of packaging, dielines, print production, and vendor specifications.
- Experience designing apparel graphics and preparing artwork for screen printing or DTF production.
- Knowledge of large-format signage and print production workflows.
- Excellent file organization, attention to detail, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines.
Portfolio Requirements
Applicants must provide examples of:
- Packaging or dieline work
- Apparel or screen-print graphics
- Signage or large-format production
- Vector cleanup or recreation
- Production-ready files delivered to a printer, factory, or vendor
For each example, candidates should identify:
- Their specific role in the project
- Software used

- Whether the work was taken through final production
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consumer products, retail brands, apparel, promotional products, or packaging.
- Familiarity with vendor production processes and manufacturing workflows.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Pro.
- Experience supporting multiple brands or product lines.
Candidate Assessment
Finalists will complete a paid or appropriately structured production assessment designed to evaluate Illustrator proficiency, vector quality, file organization, print readiness, and the ability to follow a creative brief. The assessment is intended solely to evaluate technical skills and will not be used as unpaid commercial work.
