- 1099 independent contractor (commission-based)
- Estimated first-year earnings: $60,000 – $150,000+ based on performance
- Average first-year agent earns approximately $85,000
- Weekly commission advances on new sales (up to 9 months)
- Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage new business opportunities
