We are looking for employees who are confident, dependable, and detail-oriented that live in the Northern Dallas area to service our customers around the city. This position will require servicing in and around the North Dallas area, and will for a limited time, require driving to the office each morning to fulfill legal requirements.
This position starts at $15 an hour during training phase one (~three weeks), $17 an hour during training phase 2 (~three weeks), then transitions to Commission by stop pay which will average $20-21 an hour before raises and sales. (Candidates with significant pest control experience and licensing may be eligible for increased wages.)
Benefits include company provided vehicle and gasoline (after 3-week training period), health, vision, dental, Paid Holidays, PTO, and a flexible schedule (we work around many college/commitment schedules, however expect to work full time).
Schedule options include 4 ~10 hour shifts per week, Weekdays with alternating half Saturdays, or Tuesday through Saturday. You will NEVER work on Sunday. You are also required to build your customer base through a modest sales goal.
Duties will include servicing and maintaining clients’ accounts, providing solutions to customers’ active problems, and managing your daily schedule to ensure route completion.
We require the following:
- Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
- Able to work outside in any weather conditions, Texas summers routinely plot temperatures above 100 degrees, you would be working in this for up to 10 hours regularly.
- Drug-free (Drug tests will be administered)
- A valid driver’s license with good history. (Driving records will be run through by our insurance agency and Reliant)
- Clean criminal history (Must pass a background check completed by The State of Texas Department of Agriculture for Licensure)
- Punctual and self-driven
- Strong communication skills
- No experience required, we will train you!
