About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Specialized Acrylic Bath Remodeling Project Manager to oversee Jacuzzi bath and shower remodel projects across most of New York State. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on remodeling knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to support installers in the field.
The Project Manager will lead and support a team of approximately ten installers, along with apprentices, while helping us strengthen and grow our apprenticeship program.
Responsibilities
- Manage acrylic bath, shower, and Jacuzzi remodel projects from start to finish
- Oversee and support a crew of approximately ten installers and apprentices
- Travel throughout most of New York State to visit jobsites and support field operations
- Answer installer questions and help resolve jobsite issues quickly
- Provide technical support, guidance, and problem-solving for installation teams
- Help train apprentices and assist in building a strong apprenticeship program
- Ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and to company quality standards
- Communicate with installers, apprentices, customers, and management as needed
- Review job progress, materials, schedules, and installation needs
- Maintain a professional and solution-focused approach in the field
Qualifications
- Experience with acrylic bath, shower, Jacuzzi, or bathroom remodeling projects preferred
- Prior project management, field supervisor, or lead installer experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of installation processes, jobsite troubleshooting, and remodeling standards
- Ability to lead, train, and support installers and apprentices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel throughout most of New York State
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and crews

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturday calls as needed
- Some travel throughout most of New York State required

This person should be comfortable traveling, training apprentices, supporting crews, and making sure jobs are completed correctly and efficiently.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
