(Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.) What You’ll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our communities safe, beautiful, and fully operational. You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and team to:
- Respond promptly and courteously to residents’ maintenance requests
- Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues efficiently and professionally
- Prepare apartments for new residents (make-readies)
- Perform general repairs and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment
- Maintain proper documentation of work orders and completed tasks
- Assist in maintaining curb appeal and community standards
- Ensure compliance with all A&G Management policies and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Maryland Driver’s License with reliable, insured vehicle
- Must provide your own tools
- CFC Type II Certification (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Basic computer skills (for completing online training and service tickets)
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- On-call rotation
- Weekends as needed
Compensation
$42,321.71 – $46,481.71 per year Plus: FREE Apartment, Health Benefits, PTO, and more
