HardHat is immediately starting Pipefitters for a project in Fort Myers, FL. Fire Sprinkler installation experience preferred.
CONTRACTOR REQUIRES ALL EMPLOYEES TO HAVE OSHA 10. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE OSHA 10, MUST BE WILLING TO TAKE COURSE BEFORE START.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, thread, groove, bend, and install metal and plastic pipes and fittings.
- Join pipes using welding, brazing, soldering, or threading methods.
- Test piping systems for leaks and pressure using water or air gauges.
- Secure pipes to structures with brackets, clamps, and hangers.
- Inspect and repair existing high-pressure and low-pressure pipe systems.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of [Insert Number] years of industrial pipefitting experience.
- Valid state or recognized pipefitter certification/journeyman card (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and industrial site protocols.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
