Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This role supports daily office services operations within a professional corporate environment and is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys managing people, improving processes, and delivering high-quality customer service.
The Site Manager will oversee a small to medium-sized office services team while coordinating copy and print services, mailroom operations, hospitality support, courier coordination, and document management. This position offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule, a professional work environment, and the opportunity to build long-term value through strong service delivery, teamwork, and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office services operations, including mailroom, copy/print, document support, hospitality, courier coordination, and related administrative services.
- Lead, train, coach, and support team members to ensure consistent service quality, productivity, and professionalism.
- Monitor workflow, prioritize daily tasks, and ensure service standards and operational goals are met.
- Serve as a key customer-facing contact by building strong client relationships and resolving service issues promptly.
- Operate, coordinate, and troubleshoot office equipment, including printers, postage machines, and general office technology.
- Prepare reports, presentations, updates, and process improvement recommendations as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $22.77 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Atlanta, GA.
- No driving required.
- Free parking available nearby, not directly at the worksite.
