Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Prep Cook and Dishwasher to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing high-quality meals to our customers. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in the culinary field and contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work stations
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using proper sanitation techniques
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dishwasher is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment
- Ability to adapt to various pacing while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Evening & Weekend work required
- Reliable transportation required
- Basic understanding of food safety practices and regulations
