Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest and qualify leads
- Engage in B2B sales conversations, presenting customized solutions that align with client needs
- Negotiate terms and successfully close deals while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Utilize CRM tools (such as Salesforce) to track interactions, maintain accurate client records, and manage the sales pipeline
- Partner with marketing teams to execute outreach strategies and follow-up campaigns
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a strong understanding of products and services to clearly communicate value during sales discussions
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B/technology sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms)
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling, lead generation, and business development
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and customer engagement strategies
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
