A growing vacation rental company in Park City Utah with 90 properties under management, is seeking a part-time revenue manager to work with our General Manager and our revenue management partner to craft a unique combination of in-house and outside expertise.
Please, any candidate must have direct vacation rental revenue management experience.
This is a new position, and I foresee it as a part-time position. 2-3 hours a day, using our existing tools to maximize revenue for our homeowners. An ability to work with our owners to discuss trends, opportunities, and results will be part of the duties. Must have an understanding of revenue management strategies, dynamic pricing, vacation rentals, and pricing tools.
