We are interested in hiring a groundskeeper/maintenance person who will be able to provide professional landscaping and maintenance services for our manufactured home community. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for performing ongoing landscaping tasks, as well as routine maintenance of street lights, buildings, water meters, and upkeep of grounds.
Job Responsibilities
- Mow the lawns, remove weeds, prune the bushes and trees, edge the walkways and give the grounds a manicured look.
- Maintain the clubhouse, fitness room and restrooms.
- Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on street lights, building, inventory homes, water meters.
- Take on special landscaping or other projects deemed necessary by the property manager.
- Plumbing and light electrical work may be required.
Job Qualifications or Skills
- 1-year experience as a groundskeeper/maintenance person.
- Experience as maintenance person in a Manufactured Home Community or Apartment Community is a PLUS.
- Looking for someone that is a self starter, takes direction well, is a team player, and takes pride in their work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Job is primarily outside.
