A&B Mechanical Contractors oversees the day to day operations of the Sparta Tasty Treat. Join our vibrant team as the Ice Cream Shop Manager and lead the charge in creating a fun, welcoming, and efficient environment for both customers and staff! In this energetic role, you will help oversee daily operations, supervise our team, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Duties
- Take ownership of day to day business
- Supervise and manage teenagers and young adults effectively
- Must be exceptionally reliable.
- Must understand numbers and labor costs
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimizing waste
- POS system experience
- Assist in hiring and training
- Understand basic food safety and sanitation methods
- Assist with marketing and promotions
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a similar food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety
- Familiarity with POS systems; experience with cash handling
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order planning
- Food handling certification is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality service standards
