MedSpa Marketing Intern
Position Type: Part-Time Internship

Schedule: Flexible, 15–25 hours per week
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Intern to support our growing medical spa. This internship is ideal for someone interested in digital marketing, social media, beauty, wellness, and aesthetics. The Marketing Intern will assist with content creation, campaign execution, community engagement, and brand awareness initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in the medical aesthetics industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Capture photos and videos of treatments, products, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Edit short-form videos and graphics using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Help plan and schedule social media posts using content calendars.
- Monitor social media engagement by responding to comments and messages as directed.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Support special events, promotions, open houses, and community outreach efforts.
- Update website content and assist with blog or educational content when needed.
- Track marketing performance metrics and prepare basic reports.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Basic photography and videography skills preferred.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/editing software is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Interest in the beauty, wellness, skincare, or medical aesthetics industry is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form video creation.
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, or paid social advertising.
- Graphic design experience.
- Experience using scheduling platforms such as Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or directing content creation when appropriate.
