Failure Analysis / Quality Assurance Technician
Pay: $25.00
Shift: M-F 8am to 4:30pm
Location: Round Rock, TX
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Failure Analysis / Quality Assurance Technician for our manufacturing client in the utilities industry to start immediately at $25.00 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Assist with basic failure analysis investigations on products and components
- Perform mechanical, thermal, electrical, or visual product testing and inspections
- Support root cause analysis using structured methods (training provided)
- Collect, organize, and document test data and results
- Operate lab and test equipment under supervision (training provided)
- Support quality investigations and corrective actions
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Prepare clear documentation and reports of findings
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Associate degree or technical coursework preferred)
- Basic mechanical, electrical, or materials knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, data entry)
- Willingness to learn failure analysis and testing techniques
Skills
- Failure analysis and root cause investigation
- Product testing and inspections (electrical, mechanical, thermal, visual)
- Use of lab and test equipment
- Data documentation and report writing
- Electronics, materials science, manufacturing or troubleshooting experience (preferred)
