Job Duties:
- Lead full EPC project delivery (engineering coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning)
- Manage project budget, cost control, and contract compliance
- Interface directly with client and stakeholders
- Lead schedule planning (Primavera P6 / MS Project preferred)
- Manage subcontractors and vendor performance
- Oversee change orders, claims, and risk management
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Lead weekly/monthly reporting to client
Qualifications:
- 7–15+ years EPC / industrial / manufacturing project experience
- Experience with solar / semiconductor / battery / cleanroom / process systems strongly preferred
- Strong contract and client management experience
- Familiar with US codes and permitting
- Fluent in Mandarin
- PMP preferred
Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
