Electro & Company is looking for a motivated, organized, and relationship-driven Dealer Liaison to support and grow our authorized dealer network. This role is the main point of communication between E&C and our dealers. You’ll help dealers stay informed, supported, and aligned with our products, processes, promotions, warranty procedures, and brand expectations. The ideal candidate understands powersports, motocross, electric bikes, or enthusiast-driven industries and knows how to communicate professionally while keeping things moving.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for authorized dealers.
- Aid dealers with product questions, order questions, warranty process questions, and general account needs.
- Help onboard new dealers and ensure they understand E&C expectations, policies, product lines, and sales tools.
- Follow up with dealer leads, applications, questionnaires, and pending approvals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and help identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, customer support, shipping, warranty, and management.
- Help dealers understand current products, upcoming releases, promotions, and available marketing materials.
- Track dealer activity, communication, and follow-ups through Zendesk, Shopify, CRM tools, or internal systems.
- Assist with resolving dealer-related concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Help ensure dealers are representing the E&C brand properly and following company policies.
- Provide feedback to management regarding dealer performance, market opportunities, and recurring dealer needs.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once.
- Experience in powersports, motocross, e-bikes, motorcycles, automotive, or a similar enthusiast-based industry preferred.
- Customer service, sales support, dealer support, or account management experience preferred.
- Comfortable learning technical product information and explaining it clearly.
- Ability to follow processes while also knowing when to escalate issues.
- Professional written communication skills.
- Comfortable using tools such as Shopify, Zendesk, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, or CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM with strong accuracy for email, ticket, and dealer communication.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who understands the riding community, enjoys building relationships, and can communicate with dealers in a way that is both professional and real. You do not need to be a master technician, but you should be comfortable learning product details and helping dealers get the answers they need. We are looking for someone who can represent E&C well, protect the brand, and help build long-term dealer relationships that benefit both the dealer and the company.
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
