Job Overview:
Noor Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Credentialing Specialist for a full-time onsite opportunity supporting one of New York City's leading healthcare systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong credentialing experience who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Pay Rate: $28–$30/hour
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Location:
This is an onsite position available at one of the following locations:
- Manhattan
- Bronx
- Brooklyn
- Queens

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of the credentialing process, including initial appointments, reappointments, credential audits, and clinical privileging.
- Utilize MDStaff credentialing software to perform and monitor credentialing and background verification activities.
- Verify licenses, certifications, education, malpractice history, and other required documentation while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with hospital bylaws, corporate policies, Joint Commission standards, and applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate credentialing records and confidential provider files.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of credentialing laws, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of credentialing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Previous experience as a Credentialing Specialist is required.
- Must have hands-on experience managing the full credentialing lifecycle, including credentialing, recredentialing, privileging, and audits.
- The client is seeking a true Credentialing Specialist with end-to-end credentialing experience. Candidates whose background is primarily in compliance, document collection, or administrative support without directly managing the credentialing process are not the right fit.
- Experience using MDStaff or similar credentialing software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and accuracy.
- English proficiency (read, write, and speak) required.
