Position Overview
We're seeking full-time and part-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to provide school-based speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
We are looking for team members who are passionate about supporting student communication, collaboration with school teams, and delivering high-quality therapy services in educational settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students under SLP supervision
- Implement treatment plans and therapy activities developed by the supervising SLP
- Support student communication goals within classroom and therapy settings
- Maintain accurate and timely therapy documentation and service logs
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, parents, and school staff
- Participate in team communication and follow district documentation procedures
- Support compliance with IEP service delivery and school-based requirements
- Caseload: 22 students
Qualifications
- Active SLPA license/certification in applicable state
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Professional, dependable, and student-centered approach
- Ability to manage schedules and documentation responsibilities effectively

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
