We are Baroka Broadcasting. We have been providing quality radio broadcasting with the Mix 106.9 FM, Oldies 102.9 FM, WHRY 1450 AM in the Ironwood, Bessemer, Ashland, and surrounding areas, for 50 years. Our stations help businesses generate more revenue and get more customers.
As a Baroka Broadcasting team member, you will help build and develop customer relationships with owners and managers of small businesses. You will be introducing our company and its services and setting up appointments. You will be incorporating a proven marketing system.
If you are a driven, resourceful professional who has sales experience, or you have been in radio and have exceptional communication abilities, we would like to talk to you.
Benefits:
We offer one of the most generous performance-based compensation packages. The annual compensation range for this position in the first year is $55,500-$75,000 in US dollars.

Position Overview:
- You will be handling, prospecting, and developing new customer relationships.
- Meet daily call goals and weekly appointment goals following a proven system.
- Have strong telephone, interpersonal, and communications skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
- Great at following up with potential clients.
- You have a computer, internet access, and phone service.
Experience
- Two years’ proven sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You can provide customers with great sales experience.
- Excellent written and computer skills.
