Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Clear tables promptly, bussing dishes and resetting tables for new guests with proper table setting techniques
- Assist with food handling, ensuring safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas through regular cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of sanitation, food safety standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent teamwork and internal communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Willingness to learn about food industry standards, sanitation practices, and catering operations
Tips are not split as a junior waitress. $15 an hour. You may wait on the counter and keep those tips. This job is for Sundays only. High-school students encouraged to apply.
