Key Responsibilities
- Shipment Coordination: Monitor and coordinate daily freight and cargo movements to ensure seamless, on-time execution.
- Process Optimization: Analyze operational workflows regularly to identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve transit and logistics issues rapidly.
- Documentation & Data Integrity: Maintain precise records of operational procedures, shipping transactions, and compliance data.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regional transportation regulations.
