Position Summary
As a Guest Service Team Lead / Key Holder, you will play a vital leadership role in the daily operation of the shop. In addition to leading shifts and ensuring exceptional guest service, you will assist with scheduling, training, inventory management, and operational execution.
This position is ideal for individuals who are ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities and grow within our organization.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and support daily operations
- Open and close the store following company procedures
- Assist with creating and managing weekly employee schedules
- Help coordinate shift coverage and shift swaps
- Train and coach new team members
- Delegate tasks and ensure completion of daily responsibilities
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback
- Assist with inventory counts and product ordering
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
- Count cash drawers and prepare deposits
- Communicate operational needs and opportunities to management
- Support catering events and off-site operations as needed
- Serve as the acting leader on duty when management is not present

Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manage or other part time restaurant job at: Ben & Jerry's, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger.
