Position Overview
We are hiring a Project Manager / Sales Leader who will act as a key customer-facing leader in both sales and service environments.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Can confidently run in-home consultations and present system solutions
- Helps support maintenance calls to improve customer experience and identify opportunities
- Leads by example in professionalism, communication, and integrity
- Works closely with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth project execution
- Coaches and supports team members in the field when needed
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home HVAC system evaluations and present replacement options
- Assist on select maintenance/service calls to ensure customer satisfaction and identify system needs
- Manage projects from sale to completion (equipment, scheduling, follow-up)
- Work with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and proper customer communication
- Help improve conversion rates and customer experience standards
- Support team members in closing and educating customers when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and job notes in CRM/dispatch system
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in HVAC sales, comfort advisor, or project management (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners
- Technical understanding of HVAC systems (or willingness to learn quickly)
- High integrity and customer-first mindset
- Organized, accountable, and self-driven
- Comfortable working in both sales and field environments

- 100% Commission-Based Earnings
